Scott (PhD Cand) is Head of Athletic Performance at Your Tri Life.

He is currently finishing his PhD in performance physiology and has vast training & strength and conditioning experience with elite athletes

 

Cycling Performance Consultant

Dave (PhD cand) Is Our Cycling Performance Consultant

He has raced full time and gained a PhD in performance physiology, looking at how heat acclimation can affect performance in different environments

Lead Nutritionist

From the lab to the athlete, he has spent his early career looking at how nutritional strategies can enhance training adaptation, allowing increased performance and optimal recovery

Head of Performance

Scott (PhD cand) is our head of performance. His expertise in strength and conditioning and training programming are complimented by his undertaking of a performance physiology PhD - investigating various preconditioning techniques to  enhance performance come race day!

Performance Cycling Consultant

Dave (PhD Cand) has raced full time in Belgium, recently gaining a PhD in cycling performance physiology - assessing the effect of heat acclimation on exercise performance in different environments
